Responsibilities: Manufacturing Solution Management* Owns the end\-to\-end manufacturing solution from business case development to high\-volume production. * Leads the definition, procurement, installation, and qualification of equipment, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets. * Coordinates with external suppliers from design through qualification phases. Manufacturing Systems Development and Specification* Designs flexible manufacturing systems to meet internal and customer requirements. * Provides expert consultation to product development teams on manufacturability and assembly (DFMA) best practices. * Owns the responsibility to plan and ensure component availability for equipment validation/qualification and OTS (Off Tool Samples) Process Documentation Management* Develops and maintains comprehensive process documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, poke yoke, parameters sheets and others. * Ensures documentation is accurate and compliant to support production needs.
