About the role The Game Quality Assurance (GQA) Lead is responsible for managing the testing team, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and administrative tasks such as timesheets and hardware needs. They define and implement comprehensive testing strategies, create and maintain detailed test plans, and ensure proper execution of testing activities, including defect tracking and resolution. Additionally, they communicate testing results to stakeholders and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** Managing and leading the testing team, which includes hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
