Prepare the financial status of each contract. Study and analyze change orders and claims submitted by contractors. Coordinate and supervise progress curves used for monthly certifications. Maintain records of correspondence with contractors. Manage contractual amendments. Ensure compliance with contractual conditions. Issue the monthly report on construction contracts. Manage contractual closeout agreements with construction contractors. Prepare the construction contractor performance evaluation report. **Requirements:** Degree in Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or in the **Chemical, Petrochemical or Oil \& Gas** sectors. Experience in construction projects will be valued. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Languages: B2 level in English.
