The position offers a 50% workload with an indefinite contract and flexible eight-hour shifts, with immediate start. Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medications according to prescriptions, delivering palliative care, validating the care plan jointly with the interdisciplinary team, documenting residents' progress in their medical records, providing emotional support to residents and their families, supervising auxiliary staff's care delivery, and performing INR monitoring with dosage adjustments as medically indicated. A nursing diploma or degree is required. Experience in socio-healthcare, hospital, or residential facilities is preferred, as well as complementary training in gerontology or equality.
