**Job Description:**Performance of Senior Technician Psychologist functions in an educational context, within the field of Educational Psychology, aiming to promote students' cognitive, emotional, social, and vocational development.
Interventions are carried out across three fundamental domains:
(i) psychological and psychopedagogical support for students and teachers;
(ii) support for developing relationships and dynamics within the educational community;
(iii) school and vocational guidance.
The school psychologist contributes to creating safe, inclusive, and well-being-promoting educational environments, participating in the implementation of learning and inclusion support measures, as stipulated by applicable legislation.
Functions are performed with technical autonomy and professional responsibility, respecting the ethical and deontological standards of the profession.
* Psychological assessment (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and vocational);
* Diagnosis and follow-up of students with specific educational needs;
* Individual and/or group psychopedagogical interventions;
* Implementation of socioemotional well-being promotion programs;
* Development of risk behavior prevention initiatives;
* School and vocational guidance, particularly in the 9th and 12th grades;
* Support for transitions between educational cycles;
* Participation in Class Councils and technical meetings;
* Individual counseling for students and/or families;
