Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to supervise the daily furniture distribution operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of teams and processes, with an active role in operational coordination. We seek a person responsible for the daily monitoring of our home delivery operation for furniture and household items, including heavy and bulky goods. The role ensures the smooth functioning of teams, vehicles, and operational processes. The incumbent will directly support senior management in the company’s overall management, assuming an active role in operational coordination. Schedule and Availability: Start of activity at 06:30, with presence at warehouses. Operations from Monday to Saturday, including holidays. Flexible and variable (non-fixed) working hours. Availability for nationwide travel. Main Responsibilities: - Daily monitoring of routes and field operations. - Management of incidents, vehicle damage, and replacement vehicles. - Personnel, team, and shift management. - Management of uniforms, equipment, and materials. - Recruitment and hiring of new employees. - Resolution of day-to-day operational problems. - Process optimization and continuous improvement. This position will be supported by two individuals: a deputy manager and a trainer. The incumbent will also be responsible for submitting a daily report to the company manager. Who We Are Looking For: - Someone with experience in logistics, operations, or transportation. - A proactive, practical, organized individual with decision-making ability. - Comfortable with responsibilities and the normal pressure inherent in real-time operations. - Enjoys being on-site rather than solely in the office. - Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
