Opportunity for professional development and career progression Warehouse Operator (M/F) – Trofa / Ribeirão A leading company in the logistics and industrial sector is currently recruiting Warehouse Operators to strengthen its teams at the Trofa and Ribeirão facilities. We seek responsible, organized professionals with a team-oriented mindset, capable of contributing to the smooth functioning of logistics operations and ensuring high levels of efficiency and quality. Main Responsibilities * Receiving, verifying, and storing goods; * Preparing, sorting, and dispatching orders; * Performing picking, packaging, and labeling operations; * Loading and unloading goods; * Organizing and maintaining the warehouse; * Stock control and recording material movements; * Operating material handling equipment, where applicable; * Adhering to internal procedures and company safety regulations. Required Profile * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial roles (preferred); * Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy; * Good physical fitness and stamina; * Availability to work shifts, where applicable; * Personal transportation (preferred); * Willingness to work in Trofa or Ribeirão, depending on workflow and operational needs. We Value * Forklift operator certification; * Experience with radio-frequency (RF) picking; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in logistics or industrial environments; * Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
