Job Summary: VIDÓR is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise on-site construction work, manage teams, ensure deadlines and safety on civil construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Due to our continuous growth and expansion, we are looking for a Site Manager to strengthen our Production Department. Position: Site Manager Location: Porto Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise daily on-site construction work; Manage internal teams and subcontractors; Ensure adherence to deadlines and high-quality work execution; Read and interpret project plans; Identify material, equipment, and labor requirements; Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations; Communicate progress and any issues to the Site Management; Maintain site organization and smooth operations. We are looking for: Experience as a Site Manager in civil construction; Leadership and team management capabilities; Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans; A strong sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; Ability to solve problems on-site; Valid driver's license.
