Job Summary: Pandora is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a boutique in Porto, responsible for store management, sales area oversight, and team leadership—promoting the brand’s values and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A challenging, inspiring, and dynamic work environment Pandora is looking for a Shop Manager to lead one of its boutiques in Porto on a 40-hour weekly basis. In this role, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for boutique management, sales area leadership, and team management. **You will be an ambassador for Pandora’s values:** WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER and WE DREAM—contributing to an exceptional customer experience and team development. **Responsibilities:** Ensure adherence to Pandora standards regarding product presentation, sales targets, and excellence in customer service; Set individual store objectives, monitor budgets, and schedule team shifts based on productivity goals; Analyze store performance using KPIs to positively influence results; Implement commercial initiatives and Visual Merchandising campaigns; Train the team to deliver the best possible customer experience; Develop internal talent and support team members’ career progression; Work with the team to maintain a motivated, engaged, and goal-oriented environment; Manage and analyze stock levels and orders. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience in retail; Experience leading teams in a dynamic and flexible commercial environment; Ability to manage commercial metrics; Excellent customer orientation; An inspiring, motivating, and positive profile; Good command of English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with key digital and electronic tools. **Offer:** Access to training programs and initiatives to deepen knowledge of products, materials, and enhancement of the Pandora customer experience; Career development within a market-leading company; A challenging, inspiring, and dynamic work environment; Joining a team passionate about jewelry and retail.
