Bring with you… * Completed secondary education (12th grade) — This is the minimum academic qualification we value, ensuring you have the foundational knowledge required to develop your capabilities. * Experience in beauty, cosmetics, and perfumery — Prior experience in this field is a significant advantage. We seek someone who has already worked with beauty products, cosmetics, and perfumes, understands customer needs, and can provide expert advice. This experience will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience grounded in knowledge and trust. * Effective communication skills — You will be the direct point of contact with our customers; therefore, the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively is essential. It is important that you listen to customers’ needs and explain the best options in a simple and understandable way. * Willingness to work in a team — Collaboration with your team is essential for the smooth operation of any store.
