Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Lead to define the technical vision, lead strategic architecture initiatives, and ensure scalable and resilient solutions while guiding engineering teams. Define and promote modern engineering standards and DevOps practices. **Job Description****Mission:** Define the technical vision, lead strategic architecture initiatives, and ensure developed solutions are scalable, resilient, observable, and easy to operate. Act as a senior technical authority, guiding engineering teams and influencing high-impact decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and communicate the technical vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modern architectural principles. * Lead architecture decisions in .NET, including modular monolithic and micro\-service approaches, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness. * Design cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP), evaluating trade\-offs, service suitability, costs, and best practices. * Support development teams in adopting modern engineering standards, DevOps culture, and excellence in CI/CD pipelines. * Ensure effective observability and monitoring using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. * Promote quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing, encouraging automation practices. * Lead migrations and modernizations of integration tools (e.g., Apigee, Solace, Kafka). * Collaborate with technical and product teams, ensuring architectural consistency and alignment. * Serve as a technical reference, guiding strategic decisions and driving innovation initiatives. **Profile** * Solid experience in .NET and development of complex applications. * Deep knowledge of modular monolithic and micro\-service architectures. * Practical experience with cloud computing (Azure, AWS or GCP). * Strong expertise in CI/CD, pipelines, and DevOps practices. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases. * Knowledge of observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and modern engineering standards. * Experience with multiple integration tools (Kafka, Apigee, Solace, etc.). * Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing, including automation tools. * Good understanding of web development. **About Inetum** Inetum is a global leader in IT services, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
