That is why A Padaria Portuguesa is looking for a Shift Manager who wants to make a difference and play a key role in customer service and store management. Mission: Support store operational management and ensure correct implementation of procedures and excellence and quality standards of the brand. Responsibilities: * Support store operational management. * Ensure implementation and promote correct execution of procedures and excellence and quality standards (service, maintenance, equipment). * Perform store and cash register opening and closing. * Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations. * Guarantee that the store is prepared in terms of product availability, staff, and cleanliness. * Handle customer complaints. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts and plan orders. What We Are Looking For: * Minimum education level: 12th grade. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Strong customer orientation. * Team coordination skills and process-oriented mindset. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
