We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team of **Receptionists** across **our stores in the North** and be part of this successful and rapidly expanding project. **Your main responsibilities will include:** \- Ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing excellent service to our customers; \- Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound); \- Presenting and promoting commercial campaigns and new products; \- Scheduling assessments and managing customer appointments. **What we are looking for:** \- Completion of secondary education (12th grade); \- Strong communication and customer service skills; \- Organized and proactive mindset; \- Experience in telemarketing (preferred); \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory requirement); \- Availability to work **rotating shifts** across all our stores in: Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia, Ermesinde, Gondomar, and others; \- Preference for candidates residing in Porto, Guimarães, or Penafiel. **What we offer:** * **Employment contract**; * **Competitive salary**: Base salary \+ commissions \+ meal allowance *(average monthly earnings above €1,200)*; * **Productivity bonuses and incentives** — salary progression, vouchers, travel rewards, and other performance-based benefits; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM * Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM * **Two days off per week** If you are communicative, enjoy challenges, and seek a real opportunity for career growth — we want to meet you! *BelAudição, Lda. is committed to protecting your personal data.
