Integration into a young team with career progression **Purpose of the Role:** The Superior Wellness Portugal (SWPT), an industrial unit producing spas and hot tubs and part of an international group, is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to reinforce its team. We seek a dynamic individual with initiative and autonomy to carry out various maintenance operations required at our facility—both for production equipment and the building infrastructure in general. This is a highly hands-on, execution-oriented role aimed at making processes more efficient and safer. **Main Responsibilities** **Industrial Equipment Maintenance** * Personally perform maintenance interventions and repairs on industrial machinery (spray-up, polyurethane, ovens and radiators, small electric motors). * Support and supervise the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machines. **Electrical Installations** * Maintain and repair the factory’s electrical installations, including medium-voltage systems (knowledge and experience preferred). * Conduct periodic inspections of electrical installations, identifying and resolving faults to ensure safety and operational continuity. **Building and Facility Maintenance** * Ensure maintenance of the factory building and general facilities (structure, piping, HVAC, and other building systems). * Personally identify and resolve building faults whenever possible, coordinating specialized interventions with external service providers. **Preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement** * Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance Plans for machinery, electrical installations, and buildings. **Interdisciplinary Collaboration** * Support the Procurement team in acquiring spare parts. * Maintain close coordination with Warehouse, Production, and Technical teams. **Main Responsibilities** **The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for:** * Personally performing maintenance interventions and repairs on industrial machinery, electrical installations, and the factory building. * Ensuring safety and continuity of electrical installations, including medium-voltage systems. * Maintaining the factory building and facilities in good working condition. * Developing, implementing, and improving Preventive Maintenance Plans. * Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment. * Collaborating with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Technical teams. **Candidate Profile** * Proven hands-on experience in carrying out maintenance interventions and repairs in an industrial/factory environment (essential)—this is an execution-focused role, not merely supervisory or planning-oriented. * Knowledge and experience in electrical installations, preferably medium-voltage. * Technical-vocational training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field; a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Engineering is an advantage. * Dynamism and proactivity. * Organizational skills. * Teamwork ability. * Proficiency in MS Office applications. * Capacity for learning and adaptation. * Experience working in a factory environment. **Our Offer:** * Integration into a growing young team; * A stable position; * Career progression; * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience and/or knowledge.
