We are actively looking for a French-Speaking Back-Office Manager with fluent command of French, eager to contribute within a stimulating, structured, and multicultural environment.

**Mandatory Eligibility Criterion:** This position is exclusively open to candidates already residing in Portugal. No financial support related to relocation, housing, or transportation will be provided by the company.
**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Communication Channels:** Exclusive handling of written correspondence flows (management of incoming emails and interactive chat-based support).
* **Processing and Compliance:** In-depth analysis of complex administrative files; meticulous verification of supporting documents against regulatory requirements; rigorous updating of French-language databases.
* **Work Organization Model:** Initial on-site start at our offices in Porto, with progressive access to a hybrid work arrangement (on-site / remote), subject to operational needs and project performance.
**Required Profile and Skills**
* **Language Proficiency:** Bilingual or fluent written French (C1/C2 level mandatory) to produce clear, polished, and professional responses. Intermediate/operational English (minimum B2 level) is also required for using our internal platforms.
* **IT Skills:** Ability to simultaneously operate multiple CRM software systems, databases, and messaging interfaces.
* **Analytical Mindset and Precision:** Keen attention to detail and methodological rigor to quickly identify anomalies or incompleteness in processed files.
* **Interpersonal Skills:** Diplomacy, writing fluency, professional maturity, and strong client orientation to address complex requests tactfully and calmly.
**Working Hours Schedule**
* **Monday to Friday:** Regular office hours, primarily between 09:00 and 18:00.
* **Saturday Coverage:** Occasional presence according to a team rotation system (time slot from 10:00 to 20:00).
* **Days Off:** Sundays are mandatory non-working days. Each worked Saturday entitles you to one compensatory day off during the week.
**Compensation and Benefits**
* **Fixed Salary (Level L2):** €1,120 gross per month (paid over 14 months).
* **Welcome Bonus:** Guaranteed monthly net bonus of €100 for the first six months following your hiring.
* **Attendance Bonus:** Monthly allowance of €25 rewarding consistent attendance.
* **Meal Vouchers:** Meal allowance equivalent to approximately €126 net per month (paid as a direct payroll supplement).
* **Estimated Total Monthly Income:** Approximately €1,371 gross per month (combining base salary and regular bonuses, excluding prorated 13th and 14th-month payments).
