We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to join our Customer Support team in the banking sector. Responsibilities: \- Provide customer support through various channels (telephone, email, chat); \- Deliver information regarding current banking products and services; \- Handle inbound telephone calls from bank customers and prospects; \- Clarify doubts and resolve issues related to accounts, transfers, cards, and other services; \- Perform banking operations; \- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction; \- Collaborate with other teams to ensure swift and effective resolution of requests. Profile: \- Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade) (Mandatory); \- Professional experience in customer service within a contact center environment, preferably in the banking sector; \- Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering positive experiences; \- Positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued; \- Preference for goal-oriented teamwork; \- Resilience and results-driven orientation. \- Mandatory proficiency in English (mandatory requirement) Offer: \- Collaborative work environment fostering professional growth; \- Continuous training; \- Employment contract; \- Base salary – Functional allowance – Meal allowance – Christmas and holiday bonuses.
