Within our Digital Technology department and scrum team, we are looking for a test engineer to help us grow and maintain high quality standards. **Your mission** ---------------- You'll work iteratively, in two\-week sprints playing a key role to ensure that features are tested per acceptance criteria and per definition of done. You will help us identify bugs and improvement points, raise defects, and ultimately contribute to the overall user experience. **Key responsibilities** ------------------------ * Manual testing of stories and bugs during sprint, during regression and after go\-live. Thus, all functional and nonfunctional, End\-to\-End, infrastructure, and regression tests. * Create and maintain test strategy, test scenarios, manual test scripts, test reports. * Report defects in Jira and inform Product Owner * Execution of both manual and automated test scripts * Contribute to refinements and clarify test approach * Identify opportunities for test automation and oversee implementation of automated test cases where feasible * Support UAT process if necessary * Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for improvement **Your profile** ---------------- * At least 3 years of professional experience as Test Engineer/QA * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Strong organizational and communication skills * Strong analytical skills to tackle complex issues * Strong debugging skills * Good knowledge of software testing * Experience in Jira * Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) **Are you ready to grow with us?** ---------------------------------- **What we offer** * A salary between **42\.000€** and **46\.000€** gross annual, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow. * This is a position for 40 hours per week. * You are eligible for 15 months every year. * The option is to work hybrid up to 3 days, with 2 joint office days. * The entitlement to annual leave can be up to 26 days, according to internal policy. * Other benefits include health insurance (covering the employee), bus and several partnerships, such as with gyms, clinics offering wellness services, banks, and more. **Are you ready to grow with us?** The people behind our products and brands make Dorel Juvenile an even stronger company.
