Participation in quality audits To strengthen the Quality Department, we are recruiting a **Quality Controller**: **Profile:** \- Minimum qualification: 12th grade; \- Training in the Quality field; \- Training in Audits, RMMs; \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the quality area (eliminatory criterion); \- Good communication skills; \- Problem-solving ability and critical thinking. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform product control during production according to the control plan, through first-piece approval and self-inspection, to validate and monitor compliance with defined specifications; \- Issue, record, and monitor internal non-conformities detected, based on the conformity status of parts, ensuring that the flow of non-conforming products is properly managed; \- Participate in audits together with the lead auditor and in accordance with the annual audit plan, to verify system effectiveness; \- Participate in non-conformity resolution teams to continuously improve processes, contributing to the reduction of operational costs and improvement of services provided to customers, while ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and current internal standards.
