Initial and continuous training **Job Description** To reinforce the Auto\-Industrial Rent \- Porto team **Required Profile** We are looking for an Operational Rent\-a\-Car professional to join our team in Porto. You will be responsible for providing operational and logistical support to the vehicle fleet, ensuring an excellent experience for our customers at every stage of the rental process. * Vehicle reception, delivery, and inspection with customers; * Customer service support; * Vehicle condition verification, preparation, and cleaning; * Transfers between stations and vehicle delivery/pickup at external locations (airport, hotels); * Transporting customers with high standards of punctuality and discretion; * Data entry and system updates in the fleet management system; * Good knowledge of English; * Customer orientation and strong communication skills; * High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Prior experience in rent\-a\-car or the automotive sector (preferred); * Proficiency in end-user computer tools; * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and effective communication. **We Offer:** * Integration into one of the leading national groups in the distribution of automobiles, motorcycles, agricultural machinery, and nautical equipment; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with the role and experience; * Initial and continuous training.
