Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Technical Director (Civil Engineer) to lead, coordinate, and manage private construction projects, plan contracts, and control budgets at Magno Casa Construção. Opportunity for professional advancement \- About the Company Magno Casa Construction and Renovation (Alicerce Oásico, Lda.), a leading company in the civil construction sector, is currently expanding and seeks to recruit a Site Technical Director (Civil Engineer) to join its technical team. \- Main Responsibilities . Technical direction, coordination, and supervision of private construction projects; . Planning and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards; . Preparation, analysis, and control of construction budgets; . Consultation and negotiation with suppliers; . On-site team management and coordination among various stakeholders; . Inspection of executed works and quality control; . Preparation of measurement reports, work certificates, and technical reports; . Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and current legislation. \- Desired Profile . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or SATAE; . Experience in directing and managing private construction projects; . Solid knowledge of construction budgeting and cost analysis; . Ability to read and interpret architectural and specialist project drawings; . Proficiency in construction management and budgeting software; . Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; . Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation; . Valid driver’s license. \- We Value .
