Main Responsibilities: \- Preparation and operation of casting equipment; \- Pouring aluminum into gravity molds; \- Visual quality inspection of produced parts; \- Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; \- Support in other tasks associated with the production process. Required Profile: \- Prior experience in aluminum casting or similar roles (preferred); \- Candidates without experience are also valued, provided they demonstrate strong motivation to learn and develop skills in this field; \- Sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for working in an industrial environment; \- Teamwork capability; \- Availability for rotating shifts when required.
