Professional development and continuous training PANTOJA Logistics Group seeks a professional to coordinate Quality, Safety, and Occupational Risk Prevention areas, promoting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements. Main Responsibilities * Monitor quality and safety processes. * Conduct operational audits and inspections. * Manage non-conformities, incidents, and action plans. * Promote continuous improvement initiatives. * Support teams in implementing operational best practices. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legal requirements. Desired Profile * Experience in Quality, Safety, or OHS roles. * Experience in operational environments (logistics, transportation, distribution, or industry). * Ability to organize, plan, and monitor processes. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * User-level computer proficiency. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. We Value * Certification as Senior Occupational Safety Technician. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. * Experience in audits and continuous improvement.
