With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. **Data Management Analyst** **This is your mission** Are you passionate about data quality, governance, and operational excellence? Then this position is for you. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting day\-to\-day data management activities across the Data Domain Management (DDM) framework: Build side: * Maintain the data quality issue backlog and remediation action plans * Support Data Owners and Data Stewards in defining and updating critical data elements * Maintain data definitions in the central data dictionary, ensuring consistency and clarity * Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of end\-to\-end data lineage * Ensure alignment between data definitions, lineage, and data quality controls * Support the animation of the Data Steward / Data Champion community Run side: * Proactively follow up on data quality remediation actions and ensure delivery within agreed SLAs * Track remediation progress and prepare escalation materials for the Data Management Lead * Produce and maintain data quality KPIs, dashboards, and reporting * Analyse trends, recurring issues, and structural weaknesses in data quality * Identify emerging risks or deteriorations and highlight them to management * Act as an operational bridge between Data Governance and Data Domain teams * Support implementation of governance policies, standards, and controls **This is your background** You have experience in data analysis, data management, or data quality roles. You understand data definitions, metadata, and documentation, and are familiar with data dictionaries, catalogs, and lineage concepts. You have a strong grasp of data quality dimensions, issue management, and ideally exposure to data governance frameworks. You are structured, proactive, and able to translate data topics into actionable insights. **This is your career path.** You will work closely with Data Governance and Data Domain teams, supporting operational excellence and data quality improvements.
