Electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design, execution, and operation of electrical installations. Full member of the Order of Engineers and technician officially recognized by DGEG. I assume technical responsibility for the operation of private-service electrical installations. WHEN DO YOU NEED THIS? If you own your own substation, a main distribution board of significant size, an emergency generator, a solar self-consumption unit, or electric vehicle charging points, your installation must be supervised by an Operation Responsible Technician. Without such supervision, your installation is subject to periodic inspections every five years—and it is during these inspections that deficiency lists and tight correction deadlines arise. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL FEE? — Declaration of technical responsibility for operation and registration in SRIESP — Two annual site visits (one in summer, one in winter), including earth resistance measurements, protection system verification, and testing — Operation report prepared according to models approved by Dispatch No. 31/2026 — Non-conformity list prioritized by severity — Support for modifications to the installation: power capacity increases, new distribution boards, solar integration, electric vehicle charging points — Liaison with DGEG, grid operators, and inspection authorities — Telephone support in case of failures, tripping events, or other anomalous occurrences NO LIMIT ON POWER OR VOLTAGE As an electrical engineer, I am not subject to the 30 kV and 250 kVA limitations that restrict the scope of operation responsibility assumed by technicians holding other qualifications. FEES — Low-voltage installation up to 100 kVA — from €850/year — Installation with substation up to 630 kVA — from €2,400/year — Substation above 630 kVA or multiple substations — from €3,600/year — Multiple buildings belonging to the same client — to be assessed — Occasional and/or additional site visits — €180 per visit An initial survey visit is required to characterize the installation and verify existing documentation. Available to take on installations in the Northern Region, preferably. Note: I do not sign off on installations I do not supervise.
