Positive work environment and integration into a dynamic team Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting Production Machine Operators (welding machines, edge banders, CNCs) for a leading company in custom carpentry (design, manufacturing, sales, and installation of furniture and other equipment for the hospitality sector), located in Paredes. Responsibilities: Operate production machinery, ensuring proper functionality; Load and unload materials from machinery; Inspect the quality of produced items; Maintain a clean and organized workstation; Comply with safety regulations and company procedures; Support the team whenever necessary. Requirements: Experience in an industrial/factory environment (preferred but not mandatory); Minimum compulsory education level; Sense of responsibility and willingness to learn; Enjoyment of teamwork; Availability for the schedule from 08:00 to 17:00; Residence in the Paredes area or nearby, with personal transportation (preferred). Offer: Base salary – €920; Meal allowance – (company cafeteria provided); Working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, including respective breaks (15 min. in the morning + 15 min. in the afternoon); Integration into a growing company that values its employees; Project scheduled for July and September, with potential for extension; Initial training and on-the-job mentoring; Remuneration supplemented by legally applicable allowances; Positive work environment and integration into a dynamic team.
