Professional and personal training and development **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Proactively research and negotiate with suppliers; * Coordinate with logistics, legalization teams, and partners to ensure vehicles are correctly transported, legalized, and delivered. * Manage documentation and financial aspects of the process, ensuring compliance, margins, and risk control. * Fully manage the legalization process—from receipt of documentation to Portuguese registration (ISV, IMT, IPO, DUA, and registration records). * Analyze and validate received documentation to ensure legal requirements are met before proceeding with the process. * Liaise with IMT, Tax Authority, Registries, and IPOs to ensure smooth processing and resolution of non-conformities. * Monitor deadlines, bottlenecks, and exceptions, acting proactively to prevent delays or fiscal/legal errors. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum qualification: 12th grade or vocational course; * Experience in vehicle purchasing, automobile importation, or sourcing (preferred); * Analytical and commercial capabilities; * Proactive attitude, critical thinking, and solution-oriented mindset; * Problem analysis and resolution skills; * Team spirit and interpersonal communication skills; * Customer- and results-oriented; * Comfortable with negotiation, decision-making, and procedural responsibility. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable group currently implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real opportunity for career progression, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and current social benefits offered by the company (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
