We are recruiting a Cleanroom Operator – Cleaning to work in a controlled environment (cleanroom) on a two-shift system. We offer stable working conditions, organized private accommodation, and guaranteed transportation. What will you do? As a Cleanroom Operator, you will perform cleaning tasks in a cleanroom, ensuring that both the environment and components meet the high hygiene and quality standards required. The work is practical and repetitive, demanding precision, strict adherence to procedures, and attention to detail. You will join a small, experienced team working on a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00. Key Responsibilities: • Perform cleaning tasks in a cleanroom environment according to instructions and schedule • Carry out wet cleaning of surfaces, equipment, and components • Correctly use cleanroom-specific cleaning products and materials • Work in accordance with strict hygiene and quality procedures • Maintain a clean and organized workplace • Complete simple records related to performed tasks • Comply with all safety and environmental regulations • Wear cleanroom-specific protective clothing and equipment What we offer you: • Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 118% shift allowance; • Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, in accordance with Dutch labor legislation; • Contract: full-time, with long-term prospects; • Overtime: opportunity to work overtime for additional income; • Payment: weekly, with pension accrual from day one; • Holidays: 25 days of annual leave (20 paid days off + 5 holiday days paid weekly alongside salary) + 8.33% holiday allowance; • Insurance: Dutch health insurance included • Certified, clean accommodation with private room • Location close to shops, public transport, and workplace • Daily round-trip transportation (home–work–home) guaranteed About Us: Welcome to IDM Eindhoven!
