Opportunity for career growth within the company **Experienced Chef Wanted** **Grupo Badio** is looking for an **experienced chef**, passionate about Portuguese gastronomy and attentive to detail, to join our team at one of our group's restaurants. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of traditional Portuguese dishes (cozido à portuguesa, tripas à moda do Porto, codfish, meats, and tacho rice dishes); * Ensuring the quality, presentation, and consistency of served dishes; * Assisting in the development of daily menus and seasonal menus; * Strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP); * Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure efficient and organized service. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in traditional Portuguese cuisine; * Knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, garnishes, and cooking times; * Ability to work under pressure and strong teamwork spirit; * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to high-quality work. **We Offer:** * Integration into a strong team in the food service industry; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and performance; * Included meals and excellent working conditions; * Opportunity for career growth within the company. * Two days off per week Location: Gondomar Schedule: Full-time If you have a talent for the flavors of Portugal and wish to join a team that values quality and a positive work environment, please send your **CV to badiogoldgondomar@gmail.com** or contact us directly.
