Our Marketing and Advertising company is expanding its coordination team and seeks Trainers/Supervisors to support, guide, and develop fundraising teams in the Braga district. We are looking for professionals with leadership potential, excellent communication and motivation skills, who enjoy working with people and contributing to social causes. If you seek a challenge with real impact and wish to grow in team management, this may be the ideal opportunity.  Main Responsibilities Train new promoters and ensure their effective integration into the team; Monitor daily fieldwork (street, events, and door-to-door); Ensure the quality of outreach approaches and communication; Conduct feedback, motivation, and development sessions; Ensure achievement of targets and quality standards; Represent the organization and communicate its mission ethically and inspiringly; Organize teams and submit daily performance reports.  Ideal Profile Experience in team leadership, training, or supervision (preferred); Excellent communication and motivational skills; Proactivity, responsibility, and enthusiasm for challenges; Resilience and results orientation; Team spirit and group management capability; Valid visa (residence, study, or work); Fluency in Portuguese.
