Challenging projects with direct business impact AudiçãoActiva, Portugal’s market leader in hearing aids, seeks a **Senior Designer / Creative Director** to assume a central role in defining and executing the company’s creative vision. **We are looking for someone with:** · A degree in Design, Communication Design, or equivalent · 5+ years of experience in senior design / creative direction roles · Solid experience in integrated campaigns and multichannel environments · Experience in video, photography, and multimedia content · Strong web design knowledge · Proven creative leadership and team/project management capabilities · Strategic thinking combined with aesthetic excellence and executional rigor · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite · Autonomy, professional maturity, and critical vision · Spanish or Italian (an asset) **Your responsibilities will include:** * Defining and leading the creative direction * Developing campaigns and content for various business areas * Ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints * Coordinating content production (design, video, photography, and external partners) * Collaborating with internal and external teams to translate strategy into creative execution * Exploring AI tools to optimize processes and ideation **What we offer:** * A role with autonomy and real responsibility in creative strategy * Integration into a company experiencing strong growth and transformation * Challenging projects with direct business impact * A dynamic environment and an ambitious team * 100% on-site work in Esposende * BelAudição, Lda. is committed to protecting your personal data.
