Dynamic team and collaborative work environment FUNCTION Reporting to the Procurement Department, the selected candidate will have the following main responsibilities: Procurement and Purchasing – Materials * Managing the procurement process for materials across various construction sites; * Preparing and tracking purchase orders via the Primavera ERP system; * Consulting, negotiating with, and awarding contracts to national and local suppliers; * Continuously analyzing the market to ensure optimal quality/price/delivery-time balance; * Issuing and monitoring purchase order notes; * Researching, qualifying, and developing new suppliers and partners; * Monitoring delivery deadlines and supporting site teams. Procurement and Contract Awarding – Subcontracting and Services * Supporting consultation and negotiation processes for subcontracting and services; * Comparative analysis of proposals; * Document and administrative management related to purchasing processes.
