Its core activity centers on the injection molding of highly precise technical parts, utilizing various thermoplastic raw materials in its production process. It operates a state-of-the-art equipment park acquired in 2017, offering high precision and flexibility, as well as the capability to perform subsequent operations such as welding and assembly, and integration of subcomponents directly into the injection process—enabling SOPLAST to meet even the most demanding requirements of its customers. SOPLAST comprises a versatile team capable of supporting clients from product development through to mass production, while also possessing internal capabilities to produce small batches using the latest prototyping technologies. To join our team, SOPLAST is currently seeking: **Mold Fitter Apprentice** **Main Responsibilities:** · Perform preventive maintenance according to the Preventive Maintenance Plan schedule; · Carry out corrective maintenance; · Support other departments; · Promote cleanliness and organization; · Combat waste and promote improvement; · Ensure the proper functioning of the QMS (Quality Management System); · Perform work safely and promote the use of PPE; · Comply with and enforce all documented information relevant to the role; · Ensure correct usage and maintenance of assigned equipment; · Respond promptly and flexibly to corrective interventions; · Adapt to the organizational context, demonstrate communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities to foster continuous improvement of the organization and its processes; · Comply with and enforce environmental protection, hygiene, and safety procedures, ensuring adherence to company internal policies and standards; · Act/support in accordance with safety instructions during emergencies; **Requirements:** **Profile**: Dynamic, proactive, responsible, and team-oriented, open to learning and possessing manual dexterity; **Academic Qualifications**: Minimum education level: 12th grade or equivalent professional training; Basic computer literacy; **Employment Type:** Full-time (8 hours); **Working Hours:** 09:00–17:30 or 13:30–22:00 (30-minute lunch break) **Availability for monthly rotating shifts** **Professional experience in this field is valued.** **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Health insurance Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Meal card/Ticket Work Location: On-site
