We count on you to… * Design high-level solutions clearly and efficiently for key initiatives, supporting others as needed—with emphasis on our store landscape; * Define and manage solution evolution/roadmap aligned with company strategy, incorporating technological trends and innovations; * Participate in early feasibility phases, converging from the outset toward the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with a preliminary project cost estimate; * Promote and implement architecture and technology guidelines, standards, and best practices; * Ensure technical projects comply with applicable architectural standards and remain functionally and technically viable; * Validate technology’s ability to meet business, performance, integration, and scalability requirements for each project (Solution Maturity Index); * Establish partnerships with product managers, project/program managers, and development teams to supervise all requirements and formulate the appropriate architecture required to deliver system functionality—deciding when to advocate and when to reach mutually acceptable solutions; * Understand long-term business objectives and propose technological strategies to achieve them; * Play a leadership role in researching new technologies and architectural initiatives to meet medium- and long-term business needs. Therefore, bring along… * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar; * Over 3 years of experience, including prior experience as a technical leader; * Solid experience developing with C\+\+, .NET Core, .NET Framework; * Solid experience designing and implementing cloud-based systems—(Kubernetes, Containers (AZURE, AWS, GCP and/or others)); * Solid experience in distributed architecture (multi\-tenant, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)); * Experience with various architectural patterns—Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD); * Experience with CI/CD concepts—GIT, AZURE DevOps, GitHub Actions; * Experience with messaging and streaming frameworks (Kafka, Message Hub/Queue, Pulsar, Solace, etc.), API Gateway, API Management, and integration tools; * Experience with SCRUM/AGILE methodologies, JIRA and Confluence tools (nice to have); * Experience with end-to-end monitoring and observability tools—New Relic, Dynatrace or others (nice to have); * Experience with quality assurance methods and automated testing tools (nice to have); * Technical experience having worked across diverse projects and system architectures in hands-on roles; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—functional and technical stakeholders. * Artificial Intelligence competencies.
