Job Summary: This role involves defining production goals, optimizing processes, resolving production issues, coordinating improvement workshops, and liaising with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to optimize production processes and define standards. 2. Engage in problem-solving and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Work with diverse technologies like PLCs, MIs, and SCADAs. ### **Activities** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; * Minimum 2–3 years of experience. Responsibilities: * Study and determine production times for various products, and participate in setting production targets for different work cells; * Develop Improvement FOS (Forms of Standardization) and define Standards; * Support analysis and resolution of production, machine, or tooling issues; * Coordinate 5S workshops to promote and encourage achievement of objectives and proper use of improvement tools; * Analyze line capacity gaps; * Assist with the HPS\-Hutchinson Production System at the workshop level; * Liaise with suppliers. * Mandatory knowledge and experience in integration and programming of PLCs, MIs, and/or SCADAs from Beckhoff, Siemens, Omron, etc. * Database knowledge; * Knowledge of electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics; * Ability to develop electrical schematics; ### **Additional Information** **TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.** We are 40\.000 women and men tackling challenges faced by our customers in the automotive, aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.
