Job Summary: We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to prepare, transform, and analyze data, while developing and managing semantic models in Power BI/Fabric and optimizing processes. If you seek an engaging professional challenge, this project is for you! **Analytics Engineer (Remote)** =============================== **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Experience in preparing, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud) * Data ingestion and transformation using Fabric, SQL, KQL, and Python * Development and management of semantic models in Power BI/Fabric * Creation of dashboards, reports, and performance indicators * Application of best practices for data quality, security, and governance * Development of data pipelines and integration processes * Collaboration with teams and stakeholders to define requirements * Focus on process optimization, reuse, and continuous improvement **Profile** ---------- * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, or related fields; * +3 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, and data analysis * Proficiency in Power BI and semantic modeling, including dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake) * Experience with enterprise-scale models, Direct Lake, and incremental refresh * Strong SQL, KQL, and DAX skills for data analysis * Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, and Dataflows Gen2 * Experience or interest in Python/PySpark and real-time data * Familiarity with composite models, AI/ML, and advanced analytics * Knowledge of ETL/ELT, incremental loading, data quality, and error handling * Implementation of KPIs, metrics, and semantic layers * Knowledge of data governance and security (RLS, CLS, DCL, etc.) * Best practices in dashboard visualization and design **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible Group actively implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real opportunity for career progression aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and current company social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
