Job Summary: Bosch is recruiting a Hardware & Software Test Engineer to develop and maintain test systems for automotive electronics, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Bosch is recruiting a Hardware \& Software Test Engineer for its Automotive Electronics division at its Research \& Development center in Braga, under a hybrid work model. Bosch Car Multimedia, S.A. belongs to the Automotive Electronics division and develops technological solutions for the automotive sector. At the Bosch Research \& Development Center in Braga, over 350 engineers work on car multimedia solutions, positioning, perception, and safety sensors, contributing to connected and autonomous mobility. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain hardware and software test systems for automotive electronics; Ensure robust and scalable solutions for series production; Analyze test data and create dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; Support data-driven decision-making; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify, analyze, and resolve testing-related issues; Support the industrialization, validation, commissioning, and optimization of new test systems; Configure and support production test systems locally and internationally; Evaluate test results and monitor KPIs such as FPY, retest rate, and test time; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; Prepare technical documentation; Support audits and DLR activities; Ensure effective sharing of technical knowledge. **Requirements:** Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; Experience in test engineering, validation, or debugging in an industrial environment; Solid knowledge of test systems; Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and KPI reporting; Understanding of series production processes; Knowledge of technical documentation and audit activities; Fluent English; Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Autonomy, responsibility, and collaborative spirit; Commitment to continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with production test systems; Experience in testing or calibration of display or camera products; Knowledge of MES, OIS, or database management. **Benefits:** Flexible working conditions; Hybrid work model; Interaction with colleagues from different countries; Health insurance; On-site medical clinic, including psychology and general practice; On-site social services; Training opportunities, including technical training, foreign languages, and certifications; Career progression and continuous professional development opportunities; Access to discounts on Bosch partnerships and products; Sports- and health-related activities; Flexible benefits platform; Good access to public transportation; Free transportation from Porto; Free parking; Cafeteria. **Equal Opportunity:** Bosch values diversity and equal opportunity, fostering an environment where diverse mindsets, cultures, generations, identities, and perspectives are respected.
