This professional will play a key role in the administrative, financial, and operational management of the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service and efficient fleet management. Key Responsibilities Administrative and financial management, including billing control, payments, and reporting; Customer service and support for domestic and international clients; Coordination and control of the motorcycle fleet; Claims management and follow-up of processes with customers, insurance companies, and competent authorities; Supporting management in defining and executing unit growth strategies. Requirements Proven experience in operational, administrative, and financial management roles; Experience managing teams and client relationships; Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills; Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); French language skills will be an asset; Proficiency in computer tools and administrative management; Category B driver's license (mandatory); Category A driver's license will be an asset.
