We are looking for French speakers to join our team in the lively, historic city of Braga. In this important job, you will represent a top company in the personal loan industry. You will act as a financial helper, giving clients clear advice and professional support to help them fund their personal plans. ### **Your Job: Helping Clients Reach Their Goals** You will work from a modern office alongside a supportive local management team. Your main tasks will include: * **Professional Communication:** Answer customer questions through phone calls, emails, and live chat, giving them expert info about different financial products. * **Paperwork and Rules:** Help clients with their applications, check that all paperwork is correct, and explain tricky financial rules in simple words. * **Building Relationships:** Stay in touch with clients to make sure they are happy and to keep them loyal to the brand. * **Reviewing Profiles:** Look over client details to suggest the absolute best financial choices for their needs. ### **Who We Are Looking For** We want organized people who genuinely love helping customers. * **Language Skills:** Native or near\-native French (C1 or C2 level). Great speaking and writing skills are highly important. * **In\-Office Work:** This job is 100% in person. You must live in or be able to travel to our Braga office every day. * **Ambition:** You do not need any finance experience. We provide a fully paid, detailed training program to teach you everything. * **Key Skills:** You are a caring person, a good team player, and organized enough to work well in a busy setting. * *Note: You do not need to speak English for this job.* ### **Work Schedule and Balance** Our hours are steady and planned to help you enjoy your free time: * **Work Week:** A standard 40\-hour schedule. * **Hours:** Changing shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. * **Weekends:** You will only work on Saturday mornings (from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM). * **Days Off:** Two days off per week.
