Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in financial analysis, task automation, and financial process optimization will be considered a significant competitive advantage. **Key responsibilities:** * Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; * Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow; * Prepare and analyze Income Statements (P&L); * Support the preparation of managerial reports and financial KPIs; * Develop and monitor financial controls and processes; * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize departmental routines; * Support management in data analysis and decision-making; * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. **Requirements:** ----------------- **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst; * Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable; * Experience preparing and analyzing Income Statements (P&L); * Intermediate Excel skills; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Experience in process improvement projects; * Financial analysis capability and ability to interpret KPIs; * Experience automating reports and dashboards; **Desired competencies:** * Leadership and influence capability; * Logical reasoning and analytical thinking; * Problem-solving skills; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Dynamism and adaptability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Team spirit and collaboration; * Organization and attention to detail; * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
