We are recruiting the following profile: Data Engineer Master \- Hybrid Requirements: * ️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; * \+ 8 years of experience as a data engineer. * 3\+ years in a leadership / senior role (making design decisions, reviewing others’ work). * Strong experience with Customer 360 / CDP or similar customer data platforms and large-scale data pipelines on Snowflake (primary requirement). * Experience in retail or e-commerce (online \+ store data is a plus). * Experience migrating BI/DWH data platforms from on-premises to cloud. * Very strong SQL (joins, window functions, query tuning) and solid Python knowledge. * Design and development of ETL/ELT pipelines: Incremental loads using timestamps or change data capture, and error handling, restart / re-execution without data loss. * Solid understanding of data modeling: Dimensional models (facts and dimensions), and customer data concepts: identities, events, sessions, behavior. * Hands-on experience with: Warehouses, schemas, stages, file formats; tasks, workflows, Time Travel, micro-partitions; roles, permissions, and environment separation (dev/test/prod). * Experience connecting data to MarTech / CDP tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, etc.) and ingesting data from: CRM / e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar), web/app analytics tools (GA/GA4 or similar), and POS/store systems and customer support tools. * Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Worked with orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory, Airflow, dbt, or similar). * Git-based development (branching, pull requests, code reviews). * Basic CI/CD experience for data pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). * ️ Fluent English; The experience we offer: * Regular check-ins with your Manager provide alignment, clarity, and motivation.
