We are looking for an **Assistant\-Floor Manager** with proven experience in casual dining environments to lead the front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional customer experience—from welcome to farewell. The role requires presence, organization, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate the front-of-house team during service under the supervision of the Manager * Ensure a warm welcome and a consistent, high-quality customer experience * Manage reservations and dining room occupancy * Ensure organization, mise en place, and smooth service flow * Communicate effectively with the kitchen and ensure operational alignment * Train and support front-of-house team members * Adhere to and enforce existing SOPs * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards **Profile** * Minimum 1 year of floor management experience, preferably in casual dining * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent posture, communication, and customer orientation * Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) * French and/or Spanish are advantageous * Experience in reservation management * Organized, proactive profile with decision-making ability under pressure * Alignment with a demanding, collaborative, and excellence-focused culture **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Rotating schedule * Well-structured organization with defined procedures * Solid project with a strong identity and clear vision Compensation: €1,200.00 \- €1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site
