Personal and professional growth, participation in events **The Mission** We are looking for a Digital Marketing \& Content professional capable of bringing GAYA LUZ’s digital presence to life—someone who transforms the essence of the space into communication, visual identity, and digital experiences that inspire, connect, and convert. More than executing tasks, we seek someone who **feels the brand and knows how to translate it into the digital world**. **Key Responsibilities** **Marketing \& Strategy** * Execution of the marketing plan * Management of campaigns (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads) * Support in defining growth strategies * Knowledge of Design \& Branding **Content \& Social Media** * Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) * Content creation (posts, stories, reels) * Copywriting aligned with brand identity * Website management (Shopify) * Email Marketing **Video \& Podcast** * Video capture (smartphone and camera) * Video editing (reels, promotional content, podcast) * Podcast recording and editing **Tools** * Canva * Video editing tools * Meta Business Suite * (Preferred) Shopify, email marketing **Profile We’re Seeking** * Genuine connection to and interest in personal development, well-being, and spirituality * Creativity paired with execution capability * Strong aesthetic sensibility and storytelling ability * Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset * Autonomy, organization, and accountability * Excellent communication skills **We Value** * Experience in digital marketing * Knowledge of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads * Experience in video editing * Experience in social media management * Experience with platforms such as Shopify * Experience in design **Availability** * Availability to work on weekends (events and retreats) * Rotating days off **What We Offer** * Integration into a growing project with purpose and impact * A mindful, human-centered, and inspiring environment * Personal and professional growth * Participation in events and experiences hosted at the space * Compensation commensurate with the role Type of position: Full-time Work location: On-site
