Your responsibilities will include: - Managing inbound and outbound contacts with customers interested in insurance and other services; - Clarifying doubts and presenting solutions tailored to customers' needs; - Promoting and selling insurance products and energy services; - Maintaining updated records and ensuring high-quality customer service. Requirements: - Completion of secondary education (12th grade); - Prior experience in contact centers and/or commercial roles (preferred); - Experience in the insurance sector (mandatory); - PDEADS certification (Persons Directly Involved in Insurance Distribution Activities) (preferred); - Availability for working hours between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, on a rotating basis. Offer: - Training allowance: €5.31/hour + €4.52 meal subsidy; - Base salary: €950; - Meal subsidy: €6.83; - Pro-rata payments made monthly.
