Securitas, the global leader in the Private Security sector, with a strong focus on integrated technological security solutions and physical protection, seeks to strengthen its team by hiring a **Security Systems Installation Technician**.
This professional will play a key role in supporting installation and maintenance activities of electronic security systems, ensuring proper equipment functionality and contributing to high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform support tasks for security systems installation and maintenance activities;
* Ensure accurate recording of interventions in technical reports;
* Provide remote technical support (phone, Teams, e\-mail, and videoconferencing) or on-site support whenever required;
* Support field technicians in diagnosing faults, configuring systems, and conducting system tests;
* Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation;
* Prepare and update technical documentation, manuals, tutorials, checklists, and procedures;
* Support technical training initiatives for operational teams;
* Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve second-level support issues.
**Required Profile:**
* Professional qualification in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, or a related field;
* Experience in installation and maintenance of electronic security systems (preferred);
* Security Technician certification (preferred);
* Knowledge of IP networks, including basic configuration of routers and switches;
* Knowledge of Intrusion Detection, CCTV, Access Control, and/or Fire Detection systems;
* Familiarity with alarm control panels, sensors, DVR/NVR, IP cameras, and monitoring software;
* Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and electronic project documentation;
* Technical English proficiency for interpreting manuals and specialized documentation;
* User-level computer literacy.
