We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate Personal Trainer, knowledgeable and professional in health and fitness, capable of representing Elite Place by offering advice and support to our members. As an instructor, you will be present at the club assisting our members, responding to any questions, supporting club operations, and ensuring our offerings exceed member expectations. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to navigate difficult conversations, and handle any negative feedback proactively with the client to ensure satisfactory outcomes. Throughout your time as a Personal Trainer at Elite Place, you will receive our internal training to evolve alongside us amid the ever-changing fitness industry. Our PT Manager will work with you to become an Elite Place Personal Trainer. the hierarchy to become a Personal Trainer. About You: You are a qualified PT with some experience in clubs. You understand the importance of our members’ experience and aspire to develop into the best Personal Trainer you can be. You are motivated and committed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, available to work from 06:30 to 22:00 and on weekends. More specifically: Experience in a club environment and in customer service roles. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a clear focus on delivering a first-class member experience. Passionate about self-development and eager to learn.
