Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Director to manage refrigeration projects, coordinate teams, interact with clients, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure project profitability and efficiency We are recruiting a Construction Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team. Responsibilities: * Conduct technical analysis of contracts by reviewing specifications / awarded proposals / supporting design documents to ensure timely and appropriate preparation of construction work. * Coordinate and supervise construction teams, particularly subcontractors and RACE’s internal team, controlling defined schedules and allocating necessary resources to ensure compliance with deadlines and proper technical execution. * Represent the company to clients, responding to client requests, adjusting available resources and subcontracting schedules as needed, proposing appropriate technical alternatives, and negotiating additional works. * Collaborate with the Procurement department, providing necessary inputs for procurement/subcontracting processes and ensuring alignment between delivery timelines and site requirements, contributing (if necessary) to identifying alternatives. * Monitor project costs and revenues, ensuring compliance—and preferably improvement—against the budgeted solution. * Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the nature of the situation, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities. * Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the nature of the situation, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities. * Coordinate handover of installations to the client, verifying compliance with defined specifications, delivering all contractually required information, and jointly conducting project acceptance with the client. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards by the team under supervision, in accordance with RACE’s QSE Management procedures, to guarantee that activities meet required standards. * Coordinate Human Resources assigned to their responsibility and supervise implementation of the Organization’s current HR policies to ensure motivation and development of team members, thereby maximizing human capital within their teams.
