What is this challenge about * Monitor performance and availability metrics of services and applications; * Use monitoring tools to analyze issues and support incident resolution; * Interact with APIs and ensure proper system integrations; * Perform queries on SQL or NoSQL databases for analysis and support purposes. What we are looking for * At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role; * B2 level of English (minimum); * Experience with performance and availability metrics; * Knowledge of monitoring tools and concepts for services and applications; * Experience with API interfaces and tools; * Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases; * Basic understanding of IT service management (e.g., ITIL); * Basic coding knowledge or experience with automation; * Basic understanding of software quality assurance (QA) practices; * Basic knowledge of security in systems and applications; * Advanced user of web and mobile applications.
