




Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller (M/F/D) to analyze fabric defects, ensure compliance, and collaborate on continuous improvement in weaving. Integration into a solid company with internal training. Founded in 1979, Têxteis J.F. Almeida, S.A. is a leading company in the home textiles sector. It currently employs over 750 qualified professionals and operates a modern industrial park in Guimarães, enabling rapid response to customer demands. We are now looking to strengthen our Weaving team with a rigorous, detail-oriented professional possessing strong technical analytical skills, and we are recruiting a Quality Controller (M/F/D). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Analyze defects identified in fabric during the inspection process; \- Evaluate conformity of produced fabric against technical specifications, technical data sheets, or product sketches; \- Decide, based on defined criteria, the disposition of defective fabric pieces or rolls; \- Identify recurring defects or non-conformance patterns; \- Report quality-related issues to supervisors and production teams; \- Monitor fabric quality throughout the production process; \- Record quality incidents in designated systems or documents; \- Collaborate with production teams in defect analysis and continuous improvement of the weaving process. PROFILE: \- Industrial experience, preferably in weaving, fabric inspection, or quality control; \- Knowledge of weaving defects and product quality criteria; \- Ability to interpret technical data sheets, sketches, or product specifications; \- Attention to detail, rigor, and sense of responsibility; \- Analytical, communication, and decision-making skills; \- Willingness to learn and integrate into a team; \- Availability for the 1st shift (06h\-14h) (mandatory).
