Integration into a stable institution with a social mission CLAN is currently recruiting a Direct Action Assistant to join the team of a Social Center, contributing to residents' well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities: Provide direct assistance to residents in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort); Accompany and support residents in their daily routines; Collaborate in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment; Support the technical and nursing teams in meeting residents' needs; Promote residents' physical and emotional well-being. Requirements: Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); Training in Geriatrics or Direct Action Support (valued); Sense of responsibility, empathy, and interest in working with elderly people; Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; Availability to work rotating shifts.
