With over 30 years of pharmaceutical sector expertise, we provide the right prescription to optimize operations, financial management, and strategic planning—thereby achieving sustainable growth. **About the role** * Assessing clients' improvement needs; * Developing and implementing action plans; * Managing projects alongside the consulting team. **What skills are we looking for?** * Higher education degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Strong results orientation; * Willingness to travel; * Good organizational skills and ability to define priorities; * Ability to work in a team.
